HDEAA brings together the knowledge, expertise, and resources of emergency, safety, preparedness, environmental, and health organizations throughout the greater High Desert (HD) in both our dense and rural communities.
The purpose of HDEAA is to bring together public and private organizations to discuss preparedness and safety in our communities in real-time.
