Two ways to learn:

Blended Learning (BL)

A combination of online learning, in which a student completes the theory part of the course in a self-paced manner on their personal computer at home, followed by a hands-on skills/testing session in person at our center.

Students must successfully complete the online portion otherwise they will not be able to attempt the skills portion.

Instructor-Led (IL)

A traditional in-person class led by an instructor with theory, skills, and testing conducted as part of the class at our center.

 Our Courses:

  • Adult CPR, AED & First Aid Training

    This course incorporates the latest science and teaches students to recognize and care for a variety of first aid emergencies such as burns, cuts, scrapes, sudden illnesses, head, neck, back injuries, heat and cold emergencies, and how to respond to breathing and cardiac emergencies for victims about 12 years and older. Successful students will receive a certificate for Adult First Aid/CPR/AED valid for two years.

  • Adult & Pediatric CPR, AED & First Aid Training

    This course incorporates the latest science and teaches students how to respond to breathing and cardiac emergencies to help victims of any age - adults( about 12 years and older) and pediatric (infants and children up to 12 years of age). Students who successfully complete this course will receive a certificate for Adult and Pediatric CPR/AED valid for two years.

  • BLS/CPR for Healthcare Basic Life Support

    This BLS course provides healthcare providers and public safety professionals the knowledge and skills necessary to respond to breathing and cardiac emergencies in adult, child, and infant patients. Using a scenario-based approach to develop the critical thinking and problem-solving skills that drive better patient outcomes. Best suited for healthcare professionals.

  • Wilderness and Remote First Aid

    Designed for outdoor enthusiasts and anyone who works or spends time in remote environments, this course teaches advanced skills to be used in emergencies when help from professional first responders may be far away.

  • Emergency Medical Response (EMR)

    A dynamic 56-hour course featuring lectures, video, simulated emergency situations, discussion, and hands-on skill practice based on the national EMS curriculum requirements and educational standards. Ideal for high school and college-aged students to receive training similar to the training EMS professionals receive as they look to enter careers in healthcare, public safety, or law enforcement.

  • California Child Care (CACC)

    Designed specifically for California State Licensed Child Care Providers and people seeking Child Care licensing in the State of California. Required topics covered in this training include Pediatric First Aid and CPR content plus California Child Care specific topics such as required consent and information forms for child care settings, emergency follow-up steps, utilizing the child care first aid action plans, dealing with asthma, and other respiratory emergencies.

  • First Aid for Public Safety Personnel (California Title 22)

    This course is to provide the knowledge and skills necessary to meet first aid training requirements for lifeguards, firefighters, and peace officers as defined in Title 22 of the California Code of Regulations.
